A little information on the idea behind Sorpresos.
The owner, Patti (Arriaga) Hausser, has the creative ability to merge photos and graphics into artistic designs using her computer. She would print these designs on paper to create gifts for her family and friends. They treasured them simply because the pictures had meaning and the gift was created just for them. She thought that would be a great idea for a home-based business. That was in 1997, but it took until now to use the tools of the Internet to bring it to life.
As a member of the National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP), Patti was able to expand her talents and recruit others who were experienced in Photoshop. Many NAPP members are "starving artists" who simply are looking for exposure for their artistic talents. Sorpresos gives the artist that exposure (and money) while providing a unique service to the photo sharing community.
