How Your Design is Created
The artists who create the designs for Sorpresos customers use Adobe Photoshop, an advanced photo-editing software program. The use of Photoshop and their artistic creativity using your photos to make a one-of-a-kind design that can be applied to any product, as well as greeting cards. That is the idea behind Sorpresos.
When you order a product, you fill out the design form stating who it is for, what occasion and what kind of design you would like. Then, you upload the photos to be used in the design.
The order is sent to the artist and he or she creates (3) different versions of the required design. An email is sent you saying that the proofs are ready for review. You then log into your account and select the "Proofs" page to view the designs. You can select 1 design and you are allowed 1 edit. If no changes are required, then you pay and we will mail it to you. Remember that the shipping cost is always included in the price of the product.
