Sorpresos comes from the word "sorpresas" which means "surprises" in Spanish. Think of fireworks on the 4th of July. They are launched, they ignite, burst with color, explode with sound and cascade as they fade away. Yet, each one is different and always is a surprise when we we see them. We use those same steps to create your one-of-a-kind design.

1. Join Sorpresos and create an account just like other photo websites. However, we have special questions we ask so we can learn more about your personality.

2. Next we will ask you to enter in the names and dates of family & friend's birthdays, anniversaries, and other reminders.

3. The join process also includes a section where you can upload your favorite photos, 5 at a time, to start your collection. Remember, your photos will be stored forever.

4. Select a product and fill out the Design Order Form with as much information about the person as you can. You can upload new photos or refer to a photo in your storage to be used in the design. After pressing "Submit" you will receive a confirmation email.

5. In a few days you will receive an email from Sorpresos saying that you have proofs ready for review.

6. Log in to your account and select the "Proofs" tab to view 3 different designs created by your artist. Select one (1) and either select Edit Image (1 change only) or Purchase. The unselected designs will remain in your "Proofs" page and can can be purchased later.

7. Confirm your order and purchase. Your custom photo gift will be mailed directly to you or your loved one.

8. Your History page will be updated with an image and all the order information for storage.
